We keep it real — here’s how it works.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

We source our products directly from trusted suppliers — which keeps prices low and options 🔥.
That means your drip takes a little longer to arrive, but it’s worth the wait.

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping time: 10–15 days on average

  • Tracking: Sent via email once your order ships

Some orders might arrive sooner, depending on the item — others might come in multiple packages.

🌍 Where do you ship?

We currently only ship in the United States and Canada, with some restrictions.

📦 What happens if my package is late?

Shipping delays can happen (customs, weather, global issues).
If it’s been more than 20 business days, email us at support@dripnext.com and we’ll check it out.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We don’t do traditional returns, but we’ll make things right if your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Wrong item or size (our fault)

Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the item

  3. A short message about the issue

We’ll respond fast and offer either a replacement or store credit.

❌ No returns on:

  • Wrong size chosen (unless we recommended the wrong size)

  • "Changed your mind"

  • Items arriving later than expected (as long as they’re within the stated shipping window)

Please double-check your size, address, and order details before buying!

💸 Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes — but only within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, it's in motion and can’t be stopped.
